  MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, & SUPPORT PLANSolrac Computer Specialties is concerned with you, the customer. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact our Technicial Services Line at 210-223-4050, (Outside Bexar County: 800-834-0228) and request for Service Department. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. NOTE: If the product you purchased from us has failed and is covered by manufacturer's warranty and is needing servicing, contact us at the appropiate number above and we will give you the information you will need to return the item to us. See Returns Policy.

• Depot Service, Standard Option.
  Monitors purchased that fail within 30 days can be returned for full exchange, if the original box, packing materials, documentation and manuals are received in the same condition as delivered. Monitors failing after the first 30 days, will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of the manufacturer and returned to the user. An RMA number will be issued to user at the time a request for service is placed. If a loaner is required, subject to availability, one will be provided when the defective item is brought in to our service center.
  Depending on the work load, computers can be repaired while you wait. If not, they will be ready the next work day within 24 hours from the time the computer is brought in.
  
• On-Site Service, Selected Option.
  Monitors purchased that fail within 30 days can be returned for full exchange, if the original box, packing materials, documentation and manuals are received in the same condition as delivered. Monitors failing after the first 30 days, will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of the manufacturer and returned to the user. An RMA number will be issued to user at the time a request for service is placed. If a loaner is required, subject to availability, one will be provided and setup when pickup of the defective item is made. For computers, we will respond to a service request via a telephone call to the user to verify the extent of on-site repairs required and schedule accordingly. For local customers Service calls received before 11:00 AM will be scheduled for service that day. Calls received after 11:00 AM will be scheduled for the next work day. For out of the area customers, repairs or exchanges will be provided within three working days from the time the request is received.
