The State of Texas Certified Master Bid List (CMBL) is provided for the benefit of the Public Agencies in Texas. See the Texas GSC Web site for eligibility requirements at:  http://www.tbpc.state.tx.us/stpurch/overview.html. Unless otherwise stated, State, County, City, or Local Governments, and School Districts are eligible to purchase off the CMBL. All others may not be eligible.
